We are Homeowners!!

We finally closed on our house. We had some delays with the type of loan we were getting, but everything eventually worked itself out. Now we are just waiting for the current resident to move out so we can get started on our projects. We have to tear out the old carpet, paint, lay laminate flooring, and have it carpeted before we move in. It is going to be a busy couple of weeks, but we are excited to get going on it and making it our own. Guests are welcome once we get settled! Or helpers are welcome NOW!!!
