We put an offer in on a house today!! Cross your fingers for us that it will be accepted. It would be a great first home for us. There is some work, $, time, and TLC that it needs, but nothing too outrageous. We will keep you posted...

The house looks perfect for you guys. Buying a house is pretty permanent though. Are you sure you're not going to be lifers in Rangely? :) Will you still come visit us? Maybe Matt will have to come help with the projects.
